Education Equality

On the first question, i didn't find the quote to be problematic. But if we really wanted to break it down, using the word "all" may be a problem. Because the word implies that all may want to be treated normally, but not all of them may have said it. Thus making this an assumption.
I think the tone is more concerned than angry. The author clearly shows interest in the topic and knowledge. There was the use of "I" a lot and adjectives showing concern on the topic.
